When you can't get any vapor from puffing, the device is empty. However, the final draw won't have a burnt taste whatsoever—HQD disposables deliver consistent performance from start to finish.

Its duration varies based on how often and how heavily you use it. However, HQD disposables outlast the majority of disposable bars/sticks currently on the market.

1. Please ensure the device has been turned on before use.
2. Please check that the device is fully charged. If not, charge it for half an hour and then try using it again.
3. Please check whether the cartridge is installed properly.
4. Please check if the electrodes on the pod and device have any grime.

1. The pin may get dirty after being used.
2. Please use a clean cloth or alcohol to thoroughly clean the pins on the device and the bottom of the cartridge.

2. Please replace with another adapter and cable, then charge for 30 minutes to test.
3. Please check the adapter and use the recommended in the user manual.

1. Please use a clean tissue to wipe the bottom contacts of the cartridge and the electrode pins on the pod port.
2. Please use a pair of tweezers to lift the silicone pad, then check for and clean up any e-liquid or condensation.
3. Please replace the cartridge with a new one for testing.

2.Plese do not squeeze the e-liquid bottle frequently.
3.Please seal the silicone pad tightly immediately.
4.Please wait 3 minutes after refilling before vaping

1. Please refill promptly and fit back the silicone plug immediately—leakage may occur if over 30 seconds pass.
2. Please use the manual's recommended power: lower power causes poor atomization and higher leakage risk.
3. Please ensure the device-cartridge connection is clean and dry before use.
4. Please avoiding using the cartridge for too long.
5. Please replace with a new one and retest as the persistent leakage may indicate a problematic cartridge.

2. Please charge the device with built-in battery to over 80%, then power off.

1. Please clean the atomizer and/or replace the coil/cartridge.
2. Please avoid chain vaping that can lead to your atomizer's inability to replenish the e-liquid enough, resulting in a damaged coil/cartridge.
